ProteaImmun offers high quality proteins from bacteria, insect, and direct isolation from biological fluids, that are of medical interest either as diagnostic or therapeutic targets. For example, matrix metalloproteinases (MMP and ADAMTS) which play a role in pathogenesis of a number of diseases, including cancer, arthritis, cardiovascular, neurological, and pulmonary disorders, and kidney disease. Also, HtrA (High-temperature requirement) proteases such as HtrA1 that have a tumor-suppressive activity.
