Precursor adipocytes isolated from 3-8 week old rats. Our kits provide a complete system to study differentiation of precursor cells into mature adipocytes. Subcutaneous fat tissue from young male Sprague-Dawley rats was removed followed by enzymatic digested. Primary subcutaneous adipocytes were isolated by centrifugation. The primary cells will differentiate and proliferate in our chemically defined, all natural culture medium.
