ATP determination using the time stable bioluminescent luciferase assay. This assay is optimized for applications where ATP concentrations ranging from 10 nM up to 10 �M are determined. The luminescence signal is stable for at least 4 hours. The luciferase bioluminescent assay includes thermostable firefly luciferase, D-Luciferin as substrate and appropriate buffer solutions optimized for sensitive ATP quantification.
