Inhibitor of cAMP- and cGMP-dependent kinases (PKA/PKG, IC50 ~1-2uM). Also inhibits CaMKII, PKC and MLCK at higher concentrations. Intracellular Ca2+ antagonist with no effect on cardiac function. Causes selective pulmonary vasodilation during pulmonary hypertension.
