Purified recombinant human PI3K expressed in Sf9 cells. Active form of PI3 kinase. Suitable for labeling PI3 kinase substrates. Features a N-terminal polyhistidine tag at the p110alpha subunit to facilitate removal of PI3 kinase from the reaction mixture. Purified by Ni-NTA agarose chromatography. Sequence based calculated Mw 128,41 kDa (p110alpha) / 83,6 kDa (p85alpha). Purity: > 90% by SDS PAGE.
