For subcloning of DNA fragments from BACs and cosmids using the Red/ET Recombination System. No restriction sites are necessary and fragments up to 20 kb can be subcloned highly efficienctly. Easily and conveniently remove the Red/ET Recombination protein expression plasmid pRedET after recombination.
