ELISA strips for the active form of beta-Catenin (dephosphorylated at S33/S37/T41) that can be included in the flexible Multi-Kinase ELISA Kit. The Multi-Kinase ELISA Kit allows you simultaneously assay for activation of 1 to 6 different kinases on a single ELISA plate.

Each Multi-Kinase ELISA contains a microtiter plate with 12 removable 8-well strips and all reagents needed to perform the assays. Each strip of 8 wells contains Abs for a specific kinase. The strips are color coded so you can easily identify which kinase assay it is used for.

You can order a Multi-Kinase ELISA Kit that contains as few as 2 or as many as 12 strips for the Phospho-AKT1 (pS473) ELISA. If you order 12 strips, the whole plate will assay for this phosphoprotein. Alternatively, you can order 6 strips of the Phospho-AKT1 (pS473) ELISA, and 6 of one of the other kinase assays, or 2 strips of 6 different kinases, or other combinations.

When ordering the Multi-Kinase assays, you must purchase a minimum of two 8-well strips of any specific phosphoprotein, and order enough assays to comprise a full 96-well plate (i.e., 12 strips total).
