Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining of formalyn-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections combines immunologic techniques with histology to identify precisely where given proteins are expressed within cells and tissues. B-Bridge is proud to offer a range of detection kits for human, mouse, rabbit, and goat primary antibodies. Uniquely, these kits use just the antigen-recognizing Fab fragment (rather than a whole antibody) to detect the primary antibody. This feature minimizes non-specific binding, thereby increasing signal-to-noise and generating cleaner and easier to discern results.
